New Neighborhood web Resource
There is a great new website for neighborhood news: Nextdoor. They have a specific page for the Woodland Valley area. (This covers the area from Simms to Ward Road between 64th and 72nd Ave.) (https://woodlandvalley1.nextdoor.com)
There is also a dedicated Discussion Board group set up specifically for Stefan Ridge.

ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL PROCESS
 
Most exterior improvements and changes, (such as: painting, decks, sheds, solar panels, and all colors) must be approved per the Covenants. On our website, go to Documents and check out the guidelines, and download the forms. Completely fill it out and submit with: a written description, material samples, pictures, brochures, and a sample of the actual colors. (Colors must be very specific for approval.) These must be submitted to one of the three committee members who are listed on the bottom of the Alterations Request form. (Unfortunately online submission is not acceptable because of issues with color reproduction.) Please remember that this has to be reviewed and approved by three different parties in order to be ratified, so please submit it with sufficient time for approval, prior to when you wish to start your project. The review process is being done by volunteers so please be considerate of their time. Be advised that if you choose to do a project without prior approval you do risk having to redo the new work to bring it into compliance with the Covenants. Help keep our neighborhood values and appearances up for all. For questions, go to: Contact Us and send an email and we will do our best to get you a quick response. SOLAR GUIDELINES
Stefan Ridge HOA has official guidelines for any solar installations that are done in the development. Please go to documents and look at the solar guidelines for what can and cannot be done.  Also they need to be submitted in advance for approval in addition to a city permit
 COVENANT REMINDER
 
A LOT OF PEOPLE SEEM UNAWARE THAT OUR COVENANTS ALLOW ONLY 2 DOGS OR CATS TOTAL TO RESIDE IN STEFAN RIDGE.  PLEASE REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS ON THE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS. THIS IS A TOTAL OF 2.
 
REMINDER:  BOATS, RV'S CAMPERS AND TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY PROPERTY IN STEFAN RIDGE.  THIS IS CLEARLY IN THE COVENANTS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND FOLLOW THE RULES ON THIS.

Seaking HOA Summer Party Planning Team Members
Friday, April 14th to Sunday, August 27th
Stefan Ridge Summer Party:
Neighbors, we are proposing a late summer neighborhood party for everyone to get together, have some fun, make new friends and just get to know your neighbors a little better.  The HOA board would like to assemble a committee to help organize this event.  So if you love planning a party, this is your sign!  The board has discussed the possibility of late August after most families have finished up summer vacations and as schools are starting back up.  We could either do a Friday evening or a Saturday, we would like some input on dates and timing to get the most participation from neighbors.  A proposed date is August 25, (which is a Friday).  This date is tentative and feedback is most welcome if a Friday would work with most people's schedules or not.  Please send your input, questions, etc. to HOA@stefanridge.com
